The cholent arrived at our event piping hot. Guests had so much fun serving themselves and comparing the different varieties he provided: American, Eastern European, and a vegetarian version (it was also vegan and gluten free, which let everyone partake). Everything was organized and easy, and the food itself was delicious and comforting. It added such a great energy to the event. We loved working with Bentzion and will absolutely use him again for future events, both large and small.
Turks is the best. Simply put. Benzion was there from day one to help me cater my wedding. He gave us an amazing experience—on time, professional, and worked seamlessly with a venue that had never hosted a kosher wedding before. Then for another event, when I needed cholent on short notice—right before Purim—he was incredibly accommodating. He provided three kinds: Eastern, American, and vegetarian, gave me spot-on serving tips, and got it all to us right on time. Everyone loved it. Benny is extremely unprofessional and didn't even follow basic instructions. The food tasted weird and I got food poisoning. I would never recommend using this disgusting "catering" service unless you're catering for people you really hate. I hope they can use their $8.7k PPP loan to up their cleanliness and professional standards. Before I get the templated response from the owner: I may not have been "the customer" but I was helping to organize for the customer.
