Great customer service!
We paid Jason this summer for October then to come back in April and do the same ‘twice a year package’ I guess you would call it. He never showed up after talking to me and arranging a time and this is after actually speaking to him! I told him that we were leaving on a certain day that week and he would need to be there in order to get through the back gate and front gate.
