Beware...this place is taking advantage of the renters. It is in pitiful shape. Was bought without looking at issues so now continuing to raise rent an still road in is in bad shape..place is trashy.. some still water issues. Don't move here.
Residents haven't had water in weeks, and are still being charged more than $1000 for rent. Slumlords.
Since they sold the park the new owners raised the rent and don’t live in the state , trying to communicate with them is impossible , I miss the old owners
