Purchased some turf for our Easter Bunny set. Katie was super easy to work with and the selection was large. We found exactly what we needed! The showroom atmosphere was very welcoming and the employees very helpful! Thank you again
The summer of 2025 was the first we had with this turf. Despite installing the recommended window treatments, we had several spots melt. Investigated thoroughly but discovered no windows reflecting sun in the area. When attempting to make a claim, we were told there is no match in the dye lot. For how much this costs, I expected it to be made right no matter what measures needed to be taken on their end. Very disappointing and do not recommend.
I visited the TurfHub showroom in Chandler (which is beautiful, by the way) and was treated with the most amazing customer service experience! Isabel greeted me with a friendly smile and treated me like family. She was very kind and professional, answered all my questions, went over various turf options and prices, and provided me with some samples to take home to help aid me in making my final decision on which turf product to choose.
