BEWARE! Continued issues, with one guy saying one thing and another lady saying something else. The guy is the salesman, and the lady is the one that gets to tell you that you just got robbed by them. I was paying for my full yard to get serviced. My back yard started to go downhill in 2024, so I watched what TurfGator was doing on my cameras. I learned they weren't even treating my back yard. Canceled a insect and mosquito spray on the 15th of September and they still showed I told the technician and still charged me $95 dollars I have been with them for 8 years and they didn’t spray or treat anything at all
We got mosquito service last year in 2024 and were very satisfied with their services, except for one time and I called them and they came out and addressed the problem proactively. This year, however, has been a nightmare! The first time they came out our technician was Ron. He did a wonderful job! The second and third time the technician was Will. zero star for trespassing into my property and leaving an invoice. I did not call for their service. They left an invoice at my door for the service I did not ask for. Be aware of these guys.
This company has ruined my backyard. I don't know what they are spraying, but their broadleaf control is ineffective, they treated for Nutsedge, which was ineffective. Our backyard was spectacular this spring, and currently I have probably close to 50% turf loss. Their techs are clueless and are just spray jockeys with no turf knowledge or experience. I spoke with them regarding my concerns, and they will not even come and look at my yard. That tells me everything I need to know. Never again!
