I have been a Turfbot customer for 2 years and the robot has been working well for the most part. However, their customer service has gone down most recently. Customer Service used to answer immediately or if you left a message they called back within an hour or so. This week I have called multiple times and it took a couple days before I heard from them. The response time is horrible. The busy season excuse is meaningless to me. I am busy year round and answer all of my customers fast. Too any excuses. Social media next...
Honestly, one of the best services for suburban life in my opinion. AND, TurfBot does an exceptional job providing this service. Always quick, helpful, polite, honest, respectful, and hygienic. Just good hard working people. For me, one of the greatest benefits is that I don't feel compelled to pay for extra weed control or fertilization anymore. The bot always keeps the lawn the proper length and, in the process, keeps any weeds that show up short as well. It strengthens the actual grass and, at the same time, inhibits the ... read more
I had my appointment set up today for 8-10. They still weren't here at 1015 . If this is the way they operate I'm not sure I want to move forward. No consideration for MY time.
