I have dealt with this company several times and when they were newer they were good. Recently i called them to fix a small leak. They sent two guys that looked like college students. They did a bit of digging but did not find the leak. I was told that Head Office would call to set up another visit to continue. Four weeks later they still have not called! I have been using TurfRain for years now. Always great service, initial install, annual maintenance, and this year moving and replacing heads due to a new deck, certainly do recommend them highly!
Service technicians were kind, courteous and very helpful!
