Nothing but run around on service warranty. Took 7 weeks to get my lawnmower repaired. Everytime I called I would get conflicting stories about how they couldn't get a warranty code to release my lawn mower. I called the manufacturer and miraculously it was ready the next day. They lost our credit card info for delivery service, and when I tried to get my mower delivered they used the excuse of "credit card machine down" if I want it delivered, it would be cash only. Liars and scammers. Horrible experience.

Turf Pros Lawn Equipment is privately owned. Turf Pros does warranty work for several different manufacturers. The repair of any product depends on a first come first served basis. Repair time depends on several factors. This particular lawnmower is not sold by Turf Pros and parts were not in stock. The lawnmower was signed in for repair on 08/02/2016.
