Nothing but run around on service warranty. Took 7 weeks to get my lawnmower repaired. Everytime I called I would get conflicting stories about how they couldn't get a warranty code to release my lawn mower. I called the manufacturer and miraculously it was ready the next day. They lost our credit card info for delivery service, and when I tried to get my mower delivered they used the excuse of "credit card machine down" if I want it delivered, it would be cash only. Liars and scammers. Horrible experience.

Turf Pros Lawn Equipment is privately owned. Turf Pros does warranty work for several different manufacturers. The repair of any product depends on a first come first served basis. Repair time depends on several factors. This particular lawnmower is not sold by Turf Pros and parts were not in stock. The lawnmower was signed in for repair on 08/02/2016. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR ALL OF YOUR LAWN MOWER AND HANDHELD EQUIPMENT. I HEARD THAT ALL THE MOWERS ARE ON SALE UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER.
I brought in my finishing mower for repair. They were having trouble getting parts for it. They had the mower since last summer. I called several times and the last time I call they told me THEY BROUGHT IT TO THE SCRAP YARD! Yes that's right, to the scrap yard. They didn't call me or anything. I spoke to the owner and he said there is nothing he would about it. So now I'm without a mower. Becareful dealing with these pepole.
