Worst place to live if you are white. New management doesn't do anything. Neighbors have loud parties all hours of the day and night. When you ask them to please turn down the music they pretend to not understand you and then crank it up louder. They let their dogs roam all over the place and don't clean up after them. Their kids throw rocks at your house and car. They leave their trash everwhere. They shoot illegal fireworks at you house. Management hasn't done anything about it.
