I paid for lawn services of weed and fertilization for the year upfront and it's been nothing but a nightmare! The technicians sit in their vehicles and DO NOT spray the grass. Me and my surrounding neighbors that use Turf Masters decided to physically watch them and/or check our inside window camera footages and they are not spraying. I had to call several times to report this activity, and they continuously not do their job. Used them for 3 years and they were good but this year went downhill they have been bad about responding and last visit sprayed something on my lawn that turned it yellow and left lines in it. Couldn’t get any help or response on why. Had to cancel service unfortunately
Jeremy was quiet, quick, and efficient with his lawn application. I would definitely recommend this company! Update: It has been a few months, and my lawn is looking awesome! So green! Still a ways to go, but so much better than it was!
This tech was very polite and professional. He did a great job also making sure he didn't disturb anything around the property
