Shout out to Turf Masters Lawn Care for hiring such an exceptional, kind person like Duncan. On Monday, the front left tire of my car became flat and I was stranded on the side of the highway. It was my first day of work, first day living in this city, and now my tire was shredded. Roadside assistance wasn't answering, and I was so worried. I had an excellent experience with Michael Davis, Quality Assurance Rep at Turf Masters. He handled my concern with outstanding professionalism and patience. Michael went above and beyond to ensure I received the best customer service possible. Truly impressive and greatly appreciated!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used to have a great experience with Mr. Turf, but ever since the ownership changed, the service has gone downhill. I use them for weed control, mosquito treatment, and aeration. This year, they treated the yard for mosquitoes 3 times in 2 weeks, and the mosquitoes are still everywhere. In past years, one treatment was enough. The lawn is also full of weeds and dead spots. I contacted them expecting a quick response — especially during peak season — but no. Extremely disappointed!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER PROVIDER. Their application resulted in significant lawn damage. My previously healthy lawn exhibited severe bronzing by Tuesday following a Monday growth regulator application. Substantial grass die-off is now evident. A manager acknowledged responsibility, stating reliance on a technician's account of the tank mix contents. This is unacceptable. I’m new with Turf Masters. I made the switch to their services because the previous lawn care company I used “burned” my grass last year. I’ve only had one treatment so far and I can already tell the difference. I am pleased with the service.
