I have been a customer for years. Recently they only show up sporadically and the quality has devolved as well. They have missed weeks and do not come every 7 days as they are supposed to. They are very difficult to get hold of; do not answer their phone or give one the opportunity to leave a message. I have left messages through their website and am waiting to see if they respond. I gave this company one year to spray my yard. my yard now looks worse than when they started. my back yard is almost dead. I do not think the guy that was spraying knows what he is doing and not licensed to do what he does. I always had to call them to see when they were coming out. I asked for a call the day before when they came out and they did not. so I emailed them and told them I would not be renewing my contract with them.
