I normally don't like to write negative reviews, however, in some circumstances, I feel it's necessary to warn potential customers of Pools and Beyond/Turf Guys. We purchased a new home and had a sprinkler system installed approx 4 years ago. The lot next to us was recently purchased and it was brought to our attention that one of our sprinklers was a foot or so into our neighbors yard despite giving them our plot plans. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! – These people are the WORST!!!! They NEVER admit to any mistakes. They rarely keep their appointments. They make promises to get your business and then don't deliver AND some how, don't remember making them. The customer service is AWFUL!!!! They won't even apologize if they make a mistake. People make mistakes. It's expected. I don't know that anyone's looking for a hand out but an apology would be nice. Horrible to do business with!!! – Very poor customer service! We had them do some landscaping last fall. They said they would replant anything if it died within the first year. This Spring, we noticed 3 plants that were dead and needed to be replaced. I've called ever week for the last 4 weeks and spoken to the receptionist. Every time I get the same reply: "I'll let Sean (the owner) know, and he'll call you back." It's been a month and no reply. We still have 3 dead plants to look at every time we go to the backyard! BEWARE!!! – This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Very sloppy and destructive when mowing the lawn. I was scheduled for a weekly service at $40/week, reasonable price; however, they do not show up every week. They frequently skip a week or two and then show up two or three times in the same week. As long as they complete the monthly contract of 4-5 cuts, they do not care when it?s done or if the lawn needs it.
