I had called several times and even texted him multiple times asking multiple questions. He was very helpful every step of the way. I decided to purchase and he shipped it right to the house. Everything was spectacular, machine was exactly what i was told , It came with a maintenance record of everything they had serviced on it. 5 Stars for Mike
