This place has been great helping me prepare for being a new home owner in New England. I just picked up a snow blower last time I was there so I am prepared should we have a harsh winter. Dave at the front desk is always very helpful with any questions I have. Definitely recommended if you need equipment to upkeep your home and yard

These guys are professionals – I have bought both used commercial mower and a new snow blower from Turf. Separate purchases in separate years. They sell the professional versions of equipment, not the plastic part junk at the big box stores with the same manufacturer name. So you pay more. Bought a Chainsaw – I bought a chainsaw from the guy there, and he was very friendly. I came in knowing exactly which model I wanted and saw it on display, but it took him over an hour to get to me even though there was only one other customer in the store. He was answering phone calls and talking with his helper. When I first used my chainsaw, I found that the safety kick back device was jambed in a way that made the saw unusable until I pulled all the springs out. Worst Service Ever – I brought my snow blower to be fixed and it wasmore than 4 weeks and no snow blower. They keep saying the part is not in but other dealers of the brand say the part is available and can be over nighted for installation. I had the snow blower put back together and took it to another dealer who had me back in business within 3 days.

Not recommended for routine maintenance of lawn equipment – They may have had good service in the past, but my 2007 experience has been that they picked up my lawnmower for a tune-up for the following week, and now, almost 3 weeks later, my mower is still not tuned up. They did not tell me when I made the appointment that they were backed up at least a week to 10 days, and now it's been twice that amount of time. They haven't been professional about getting the job done or about giving a realistic time estimate.
