He has always been responsive and great to work with recommending possible solutions to controlling rain water in my back yard. Robert's crew was great yesterday putting in a downspout drainage system, doing some grade leveling by broadcasting areas with a sand/loam mix to fill in low spots, laying sod and doing a tune-up and repairs on my irrigation system. Unbelievable rude office manager. Her name is Barbara. I initially called to get a 2 Mos service, was told they don't do this. So I agreed to get a quote for full year. Agreed to full year, then was told they didn't want to service my property because they thought I would cancel after 2 mos, even though I told her that was not my intent. They criticized me for not option for shrub added service, implying I didn't care about my shrubs. Dodged a bullet with these idiots. Don't bother wasting time with this outfit.
