I received no service. I am still waiting for my service to begin. Was told they would service lawn on 4 April, but no service received. No call or email received explaining why. So please contact me and let me know when a person will be out to service my resident. I greatly appreciate it.
Anybody can spray chemicals on your grass, but not only is TDI’s product superior, but their timeliness and prompt communication with a clear plan to get my yard green and weed free again is priceless.

Tried to give this company some business because the other company that I was using hired a new Tech that obviously didn't know what he was doing and ruined my yard. Called and spoke to the rep over the phone, we talked for a long time and finally came up with what I thought was reasonable pricing. My husband stopped TDI while they were in the neighborhood. Matthew told us it would cost us $29 to fertilize the yard and monthly maintenance would be $60. I called office to get account set up. $60 was taken from my bank account not $29. We tried contacting Matthew and he was supposed to get back with us and never did. Now we are out $60 instead of $29 just for fertilization. Not sure I want to use this company if they are starting me off like this.
