Eric called before he arrived and conducted himself very professionally. Work was completed in a timely manner and no mess was left behind. Very pleased with this termite treatment visit.
Part of me feels awful leaving this review, and part of me can't believe I've waited this long. We've been having issues with TDI all summer. This issues started with a tech that didn't show up on an appointment day (I thought it was due to rain) where I called a few days later to find out they'd cancelled my entire account. Definitely the right company. The tech came out today and I feel much better after talking to him. Good customer service. I just wish I could have talked to him in the beginning. That might have made the difference.
TDI treated my lawn from the moment the sod was laid. I have bare areas now they say is due to drainage, my lawn has a significant slope and the soil is largely sand. They have one formula for all lawns. I tried to work with them on correction and they basically didn’t change their approach. They have some good people that are left from previous owners but I wouldn’t recommend their services as they are inferior and over exaggerated in their capabilities. Alton Oliver came by today and quickly saw that I had army worms which could have easily destroyed my yard. He sprayed my entire yard and prevented the disaster that was to come. Thank you Alton for the great work you do on my yard
