Definitely the right company. The tech came out today and I feel much better after talking to him. Good customer service. I just wish I could have talked to him in the beginning. That might have made the difference. Update, I might have jumped the gun with the 5 stars. Still no weeds dying. Used TDI because my neighbor uses them. Signed up for outdoor pest deterrent. No contact by email or phone for a month. I called last week and they said I had a bill for the services on my account and the Hunstville manager was going to reach out. Still no contact. Called again this week and finally got an email from today’s employee saying someone had come out early this month, doing services like mosquito spraying that I specifically DID NOT request.
