I believe it is easier to get rid of herpes than it is to get rid of TDI. I had been a customer for 7 years, but the past 2 years the quality has dropped off dramatically. I called multiple times to resolve issues with no improvements after the tech was sent back out. I told TDI in the fall last year I would not be continuing my service for 2025 but they are forcing it upon me anyways. This year I have received 2 phone calls and called once, each time telling them to not come back. I even told the tech to not provide service... read more

TDI treated my lawn from the moment the sod was laid. I have bare areas now they say is due to drainage, my lawn has a significant slope and the soil is largely sand. They have one formula for all lawns. I tried to work with them on correction and they basically didn’t change their approach. They have some good people that are left from previous owners but I wouldn’t recommend their services as they are inferior and over exaggerated in their capabilities. ***update: TDI has responded to this review saying a manager would personally reach out to me. This was 3 weeks ago. No manager has reached out, and TDI techs have continued to try to schedule weed sprays for grass that doesn't exist, despite me repeatedly calling and asking them to stop scheduling me. This is crazy. We had a few good years with TDI from around 2020-2023. This past year, things went downhill. This past fall we had an aeration and overseed performed and only a quarter of the grass seed they put down sprouted.... read more
