Would absolutely not recommend using this company. Chelsea was so unprofessional, all 3 times that I had the pleasure of speaking with her. Not only that, but when I explained the problem that we were having with our leaking sprinkler, she said that I needed to contact someone else... even though it was the main sprinkler valve that was leaking. I hope you find someone else who knows more about customer service as I'm sure this is not the first, or last, time that you have lost business due to her behavior.

I would not recommend hiring this firm. They had to return once last fall and twice so far this spring to rectify work already done. They also, on four separate occasions, promised to be here to work and did not show up nor did they contact me. I did not hire them directly, and the contractor that i did hire did an outstanding job of staying on their case, but I would never willingly choose to have them do work for me or recommend them to someone else.
