I do not agree with your marketing strategy. Would highly recommend that you send your guys out with a few flyers with info so that if someone says “we are not interested” (which I politely declined 8 times today, even mentioning I was on the phone twice) in other words “No” they have something to break out of the conversation politely. Tyler did an excellent job explaining what had to be done to correct the problems with the roof that allowed the bats to get in. When he was done with that he then explained what would be done to sanitize and reinsulate the attic to make the house safe again. Tyler is a very easy person to talk to and is very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the bat situation
