⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TURF is a fantastic place to work out! The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great fitness environment!

I came in to meet a personal trainer I had connected with online, but there was some confusion about the time and the trainer arrived late. While I was waiting, a man I later learned was the new owner stared at me in a very rude manner and loudly told me to leave. I was quite taken aback by how I was treated. His behavior was unnecessary and unkind, and not what one would expect from someone in a position of responsibility. This weekend, my friend and I went to take my first class. I was disappointed when we went into the bathroom. OMG, it was so dirty! Poop stuck to the toilet, probably from who knows how many days ago. The floors were black, not white, and there was dust everywhere. From the outside, it looks like a clean and nice place, but inside, it smells disgusting.
