It was insisted that we have a Cone Beam Scan taken after making it clear we just had a panoramic and were not advised that it would cost $500 and when I complained the office was not willing to schedule my son. I had a dental emergency while on vacation at Olympic National Park from Tennessee. Dr. Turella was able to get me scheduled and extract my tooth in a morning session. His explanation of the procedure, possible outcomes, and description of after care were professional. His entire office was kind and even called several hours after the procedure to check on me. I was very fortunate and grateful to have met these professionals. Fantastic experience!
Just got a wisdom tooth pulled this morning. I thought the experience and procedure were professional and fairly priced. He is clearly very experienced, and very cognisant of my comfort levels during the procedure. He kept me updated what they were doing and I believe my recovery process will be easier because of his attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks to him and the staff
We had a great experience. My oldest got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and our youngest got another tooth extracted for ortho. Dr. Turella and his team were amazing. They took great care of the boys and kept them calm and comfortable. It was a smooth processes. They also followed up to make sure they were doing good after surgery. The whole processes from start to finish was great.
