We took a hamster for Esperanza's sanctuary in for her leg to be looked at and make sure she was healthy and the vet staff was fabulous with her and we were a part of the plan for treatment. The atmosphere was calm compared to other VCA facilities I have been in and the Dr.Horwitz was awesome with our patient and my small human who loves that hamster. She came highly recommended by another vet in the valley as well. Here she is taking her meds happily.
While told to arrive early, we were not seen until 20 minutes after our appointment time. One of the receptionists played with our dog for a short time, which was refreshing. Once seen, the doctor and his staff were pleasant and professional. Everyone seems to really love animals.
Great place to take your pet. Staff is very caring and friendly. Service is outstanding.
