Let's just say it is ironic that this company picks up dog poop, because that is an apt metaphor for the quality of service they provide as well. They make you pay for your service up front, and then just show up kind of whenever they want (including 8 am on holidays, apparently) and if your dogs are out because you don't know they're coming, they just leave and I guess charge you anyway?
