They cancelled my appointment 10min prior and it’s 1h away from mtl. No consideration for their customers. Very arrogant. Didn’t fix my problem that only they can fix with woolish unfortunately because they don’t want to transfer the lock to my preferred garagist and I’ve been waiting over 10days for a follow up.
