We were visiting family in PA, when we hit something pretty nasty on the highway and ended up needing my tire rods replaced. Thankfully, Turchi was able to get us in super last minute and tire rods fixed so we could make our 6hr journey ride home. Thankfully you guys so much!

I brought my vehicle to Turchi’s for repair, and the experience fell well short of expectations. Communication was poor from the start — I repeatedly had to chase updates, and basic information about the status of my car was not volunteered. What should have been simple repairs turned into multiple return visits, which cost additional time and hassle. Even after picking the car up, issues weren’t fully resolved, forcing me back again. Expensive and not very friendly. For transparency (and so no one else gets screwed by this place): they charge $150 an hour no matter what service they do. Even if that is just looking at your car, and doing nothing. Most other more reliable shops in the area do not do this. Go ANYWHERE else. Adjusting my review to one star after facing the exact same problem that I brought my car in for initially. I brought it here as I was told they would do a more thorough check. Nas is an honest mechanic and a good mechanic. He know his stuff and always gets my car back to me in no time.
