Terrible experience with Dr. Charini — poor communication, stressful wording, and no empathy or apology for a delayed call; I would not recommend this clinic. I received a message saying I had an “urgent result to discuss tomorrow” and that the doctor would call between 4–6pm. The wording caused me a lot of anxiety, and if it was truly urgent I should have been contacted immediately. The doctor didn’t call until 7pm, an hour late, with no apology or empathy. The receptionists are always lovely, professional, and efficient. The GPs are 100% above par in comparison to others in the area. Highly recommend!
