If I could give less stars I would! We bought a 250cc fourwheeler for my daughter's Christmas. Paid for in full with cash and had the title in hand. When we went to pick it up on the scheduled day, they inform us they "accidentally" sold it. Even though we talked to the owner the day before and he told my husband it was good to pick up that he was sitting there looking at it. Turbo Powersport is crooked! I ordered a brand new ATV 200 EFI and paid cash. They did not deliver as promise and don’t answer the phone. They were supposed to deliver last Friday and said they had an emergency. It was supposed to be delivered today then they said it would be delivered tomorrow. When I asked for my money back because I started feeling uncomfortable about their business they sent some young guy at the last minute to deliver 930 at night a faulty ATV. Didn't buy a scooter from them but the one I got had many problems with it and the first time I brought it in they charged me 90 bucks but when beyond just the brakes that were messed up and fixed the steering and then I had a problem with the battery and he charged it for me and replaced a bolt that wasn't included when I got the bike that I had to use a paper clip for, free of charge (pun intended) and Thomas specifically was very helpful along the way and I will be going back for maintenance in the future
If I could give less stars I would. We purchased one side-by-side from them and it needed to be sent back for minor things that were wrong (cut wires to lights and it kept dying when trying to start it). Then we bought a second one thinking they figured out how to sell better products by then…big mistake. We sent it back three times to get repaired and I’m pretty sure they did no repairs and kept returning it to us.
