I filed this complaint as well w/ the BBB... Description of complaint: Thomas S. of Turbo Powersports sold me a 2024 BMS LSX 4s, but delivered me a 2023 instead. This was a direct "bait and switch" or deceptive trade practice. He was selling this from the BMS warehouse in Riverside, CA and was working with Fion K. of BMS Riverside, CA. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
