This place is just mismanaged..... Pretty much the definition of an unhealthy work environment. Unsafe and unfair work policies no raises no promotion within. And as long as the boss gets their bonuses they don't care. Ask you to work weekends but they never show up and at the end of the year only managers get a bonus.... They make 22 million a year in profit as a company and won't pay anybody over $16 an hour
