We have been very satisfied with Turbo Turf Irrigation. They have been our go to company since 2012. They communicate very well and are flexible in their scheduling.
On behalf of my parents in Willmar, MN: Turbo Turf installed the irrigation system at our new build before we purchased. They cut the newly installed Spectrum coax as well as one of the buried drain spout lines, and would not even come out and mark the irrigation lines to assist with installing a new cable line. Terrible customer service, showed no concern over the cut line and refused to take any sort of responsibility. Definitely lost a customer for future maintenance or any hope of a recommendation.
Turbo Turf is the only place that shows up on time and they are quick and efficient! They were highly recommended to us by a friend and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Brooke makes sure that the crew is taking care of business and she is so wonderful to work with! Thank you Turbo Turf. You rock!!!
