I purchased brand new tires from this place around December. I was extremely happy about my purchase until I recently got a nail in my tire and needed a patch. I took it to another tire place to get my tire fixed and they informed me that my new tires were directional tires and they had been put on the wrong direction. Me being a female I had no clue what directional tires were. He will not return my phone calls, has not tried to make things right with me at all. $400 is a lot of money to waste. Top notch for a service that's ran by only "1" guy. Don't know how he does it.Would have given 5 stars for the friendly and professional service, but due to having to wait as long as I did because of the one man shop, I only gave 4. I'm sure he lost 4 or 5 customers while he was fixing my 1 flat that probably would have earned the business more than he earned from me. The owner needs to rethink his employee needs.
