We have went to Turbo Tire several times in the past three years. They have always been fast and reliable. We have NEVER had any problems.
This place is a God send for Dalton, GA. They are crazy fast and very thorough. I mean, if you need a new transmission, go to a transmission place, if you want quality tire and brake service, go to Turbo Tire. Hard to believe this place got haters that put up one star.. Now.. with that said, don't let me down guys....
Reputable, honest merchant I have grown to trust – I can point you towards the BAD Mechanics, and other businesses in Dalton with ease, but Turbo Tire is NOT one of them. I have developed a trust towards this family-owned business over the past 16 years of living in this area. Put it this way - They replaced the front brake pads on my Ranger recently. Coming from out of town had a flat and they were nice enough to help me. Being a woman I was worried I would be taken advantage of but they did a great job and were so nice thanks turbo tire
I just love Bob and his girls at Turbo. I brought my car in with a flat thinking I needed a new tire, but Bob said it could be fixed. It's nice to know they care enough about the customers to not sell them something they don't need. Thanks Turbo!
Great customer service
Unprofessional, Dishonest, Unreliable – Do not take your vehicle here! The do not know what they are doing. The mechanics are a bunch of grease monkeys. They will mess something up on your car and not tell you!! Then they will half-ass fix it or charge you for their mistake! Or tell you that only your dealer can do it! Which is not true. They just don't want to fess up to poor mechanics, unprofessional, dishonest, jerks.
