While this is a franchise, it felt very much like a small family owned business. Very personable and accommodating. The Complementary drinks and snacks In the cozy lounge were a nice touch. Super fast, under an hour and it went by fast because the waiting area was so comfortable. I came from Baton Rouge because I was coming to town today anyway, but I would drive down here to use this company for tint in the future because my experience was so excellent. And their marketing manager is a dog so that was also fun. Lol
What a great place. I had the best customer service I have ever had. They were kind, professional, prompt and did a great job. Family run business that takes pride in what they offer. Rare to see this these days. I had two windows tinted in about 30 minutes. Their marketing director (a French bulldog named Riley) kept me company in the waiting room. I definitely recommend them and I will return in the future.
On Thursday I went to the shop. I knew that I wanted to tint the windows in my truck, but I wasn’t sure how dark I should go or which type of film to choose. I was immediately greeted by Matthew. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable about his product helping me pick the right one for me. I was in and out in about an hour. They have a great place to wait in their lobby… comfy couches, cozy fireplace, coffee, drinks, snacks, candy. Overall, a great experience and reasonably priced!
Came here for tinting, left with a best friend. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. Our wait was less than half an hour and we were entertained the entire time by the lovely hostess Riley. Highly recommend this spot for tinting. Definitely go with the chocolate espresso on the giant automatic coffee machines. They also have a few alcoholic beverages if that’s your jam. Oh yeah the tint came out fantastic as well.
