The service tech is great! He is professional and explained all the work to be performed beforehand and was very clean with his work and mindful of our home. He went over all the performed work he did again and gave me an overall assessment of our equipment and sent pictures of everything. He is the absolute best!!
The technician is a very detailed person. We had a series of text exchanges so he knew what the problem was before he arrived. He took the time to explain the A/C system and the maintenance procedures to me. Highly recommended
Excellent service! Each time we have an appointment, they call ahead of arriving and send us a text with the technician's photo so we know who's showing up. Excellent all the way around.
Our heater was not connecting with our thermostat so called them to see what repairs needed to be done. Tech arrived promptly and went straight to work. He worked professionally and courteously. Reviewed with us the repairs that needed to be done on our 29 year old heater. Concluded that getting a new heater was the best solution.
