I was doing my taxes online and was assigned Khalid M TO assist and complete for me. It is a service they provide- if you want your taxes done by their “expert”. I have had no communication, services were never completed. I attempted to make contact to resolve this directly with TurboTax and nothing has worked. Absolutely unprofessional and I would suggest using another service by ALL Means.
If you want to be taken advantage of and forced to purchase a tax preparation solution that you don’t need, use turbo tax. I prepared my gfs and my own taxes and both times, it forced us to purchase more than we needed. I have one w2 and that is about it, but it made me accept live advice and pay $210. Nope, try tax act. 300% cheaper and you you don’t get ripped off.
