SCAM ALERT!! PRICE GOUGING!!! Never provided any quote or diagnosis upfront, and added a bunch of hidden fees. Tried to charge me $1200+ to replace a water pressure regulator and to calibrate some shower valves (no new parts provided). Told me on the phone that the water pressure itself costs $800 but couldn’t provide any receipt or itemized cost breakdown because “they bought things in bulk”. We had multiple gas leaks and George and his team were truly amazing! We called a lot of services that had hotlines that never called back, plumbers that didn’t show up.. George was super responsive, reliable and thorough. He squeezed our emergency in and got the job done. We will definitely higher them again! Thank you!
