Wilmer did a great job replacing a hose bib for a washer. Price was $350, which is on the high side, but that seems like typical Houston overhead. Was a very busy day for the company, but they made sure to get this taken care of, same day. Much appreciated.

I used Turbo for a number of projects around my house, but thier prices have skyrocketed. $350 to install a new shower cartridge and $1,200 to replace a shower valve!! They installed a brand new heating and a/c for me about 5 years ago, but I called for annual maintenance and the technician told me I needed a new motor and other things. I had high hopes for this company, but that has faded.

Customers beware - predatory pricing behavior that should be reported the BBB. Very surprised by high rating on google - business must have doctored results - won't use again - let's see if this stays on their site. They came to replace an A/C capacitor that had blown, charged me $80 to roll a truck (fine, totally reasonable), the technician then diagnosed the problem as a blown capacitor, told me he 'only had one left' and that 'the only thing is that it costs $450 for the capacitor' (it's a $12 part on amazon - I've bought... read more

Due to late night, I couldn't find the right pipe and staff to solve my pipe problem, but Turbo came to my rescue with their copper pipe replacement service and 24-hour service. I had an optimal solution.

There was a leak in the air conditioning in my office that was getting some things wet, so I looked for an emergency service, luckily Turbo was here in Houston and they were able to send me a local technician near me who fixed it.
