If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a clogged toilet at my dad's house. We have caregivers on 8 hour shifts around the clock there- the toilet could not be used starting Sat morning. I called Turbo around 11:30am on Saturday for emergency plumbing for a stopped toilet (likely at the main) and they gave window of 3-6pm that same day. i waited. they didnt show until 7:15pm and they man who showed was in a regular pickup truck, with no tools- in white tennis shoes and shorts and polo shirt. Arthur is the best, he identified, fixed, and cleaned my condensation line clog and let me ask questions and learn myself how to do it - because no one taught girls how to do these types of things when I was growing up!! But now I know thanks to Arthur. Will call back for any other (but hopefully more complex) AC/plumbing issues. Never pay for the same basic service twice ladies - learn how to do it once, and only call them back if something else comes up! Then learn how to do that too!!

Came out look at my HVAC said there’s nothing we can do it’s not able to be repaired offered to replace it for $10k-$15 went with someone else was able to get it repaired and has been working since then I know it will need to be replaced but I continue to save for it I don’t want to do any financing as he kept offering over and over even after I said 3/4 times I wasn’t interested in financing

Prompt, attentive service. Called with an issue and they had a technician out within a few hours. Robert did a great job resolving the issue at hand and was very transparent as to what he’d be doing. Great experience.
