Unfortunately over time we have come to discover the work was not well done. After a leak from the new AC unit was discovered Turbo informed us it would cost another $5000 for them to fix it. After going in the attic myself I found the drain pan is not level and actually leans away from the drain. In the future we will most likely go with another company.
They were quick, thorough and fixed the problem immediately.
I have called Turbo several times and they have always provided good service, last week I hired a local plumber to fix a leaky faucet, the visit was easily scheduled and they fixed the problem, Turbo has the best plumbers in Houston, they are efficient and attentive
