I am so thankful finding this company they helped us so much we can't afford a new A/C unit but the the technician gave us a solution for temporary till we can afford new unit. Wendy contacted us about invoice and was nice and helpful and we asked to pay payments and was helpful setting up with payment arrangements. Thank you turbo for good service

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. My last comments here was 9 months ago. So here is where we are now. It is May, our house is 80 degrees. This company has tried to blame us for every issue, including the wires outside of the AC unit becoming disconnected. They have tried to offer us to rerun the drainage from the drain pan that was to small and leaned away from the drain for 5k which I was able to fix after our ceiling was damaged from the leak. Unfortunately over time we have come to discover the work was not well done. After a leak from the new AC unit was discovered Turbo informed us it would cost another $5000 for them to fix it. After going in the attic myself I found the drain pan is not level and actually leans away from the drain. In the future we will most likely go with another company.
