My heater was blowing cold, and an arctic blast was going to hit in 2 days. I called them at 9:30 am, and scheduled a service call. They said they would arrive the same day between 2pm and 5 pm. I made sure to be home between 2pm and 5pm. No one ever showed up, and I have to leave town tomorrow. I called them at 5 pm to ask them what happened. So I explained what the issue was before I had this company come out. I was given an appointment of 11-1pm they showed up on time. When he got here he started to do a diagnose on my air conditioning with what I’ve told them, then he started to fix the coil and do different things to my air conditioning unit; they did a very good job and waved the service fee
