Got my Ford explorer 2014 turbo rebuild few days ago, so far the vehicle feels ok. Lots of power let see how proformance is few months from now. Sam was ok not great in updating you on what's taking place with your vehicle i had to take it up on myself to keep calling about my vehicle. Time line i was told was 2 business days it took about 12 days before I was able to get my vehicle back. Lack of communication needs to be improved upon.
