Our HVAC stopped cooling. We have a maintenance service contract with Frais Air, so we called them for service. They came and scared us with an expensive repair ( $9k) for afailed compressor, fan, and coolant, which will have no warranty. Called them when heater was not working and the technician came in flat 20 mins. This was at 4 30 pm when home was cold and kids were cranky so can’t thank him enough. He quickly diagnosed the issue , was respectful and on point. Great service 5 stars.
