nice bloke and here early but left in a rush with my carpet being soaking and smelly the next morning, had to hire a drying fan for a couple of days, he was willing to come back on sunday arvo but he couldn't do anything so left message not to come and let him know i was not happy, had this room cleaned 4 times over the years and never any problem except for now VERY DISSAPOINTED
