Logan was very helpful and saved me over $1000 on alternative prices for a genuine product. Can't fault that.
Had some work done by Jarrad a number of years ago involving a pretty straight forward turbo conversion. I was under quoted by over 50% and had the job take nearly a month despite being quoted a week. I accept there can be unforeseen circumstances in a job, but after coming in early to collect the car on several occasions, what I found was that Jarrad was chatting to every person who stepped foot in the workshop - for hours.
