Turbo Auto Glass is an excellent company. I had two awful experiences from Safelite. Cory was kind and professional. He gave me an accurate quote right from the start and promptly scheduled my appointment. The technicians came out and rapidly replace my windshield. They were cool, kind and professional. Have you ever heard the catchy jingle Safelite Repair-Safelite Replace? If you have then you quickly realize is that when Safelite takes a simple ⅛" stone nick and turns it into a 2" crack, then the jingle makes sense! You need a new windshield! After Safelite busted my windshield there was no effing way I was trusting them to replace it. State Farm provided a list of vendors close to Genesis of West Chester. 10 stars! These guys are simply excellent. On time, super fast, and really nice people. This is how genuine professionals conduct their business! Note: our insurance company totally fumbled on this. The Turbo folks totally took care of us.
Filed a claim with my insurance company and selected Turbo Auto Glass, which was the first option that showed up as a option through my insurance. I selected a weekend appointment, which was listed as available, and got a confirmation. Then a rep from Turbo Auto Glass called and said they could be out on Wednesday, which I explained wouldn't work for me due to my work schedule (hence the weekend appointment I selected).
