Turbo Auto Glass is an excellent company. I had two awful experiences from Safelite. Cory was kind and professional. He gave me an accurate quote right from the start and promptly scheduled my appointment. The technicians came out and rapidly replace my windshield. They were cool, kind and professional. Have you ever heard the catchy jingle Safelite Repair-Safelite Replace? If you have then you quickly realize is that when Safelite takes a simple ⅛" stone nick and turns it into a 2" crack, then the jingle makes sense! You need a new windshield! After Safelite busted my windshield there was no effing way I was trusting them to replace it. State Farm provided a list of vendors close to Genesis of West Chester. Filed a claim with my insurance company and selected Turbo Auto Glass, which was the first option that showed up as a option through my insurance. I selected a weekend appointment, which was listed as available, and got a confirmation. Then a rep from Turbo Auto Glass called and said they could be out on Wednesday, which I explained wouldn't work for me due to my work schedule (hence the weekend appointment I selected). Turbo Auto Glass is just awesome! Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cory. While mowing my lawn a rock flew up and hit my driver-side window, causing several large cracks which only got worse. I reached out to Turbo Auto Glass and they had a tech out within 24-hours (I believe his name was Artie) and they took care of the window in less than 30-minutes. Super professional and great prices. Highly recommend!
