Bought a Turbo Air cooler new three years ago. It has had a problem not cooling and ice built up for 3 times. When they sent a technician to repair the cooler under warranty, the technician was rude and unprofessional. Never gave me ETA when the tech would arrive. The tech just showed unannounced with a bad attitude and ordered our staff to move the cooler out of the kitchen during the lunch hours!!
