After many attempts to receive payment of any kind, there has been no response other than empty promises. The lack of integrity is unbelievable. Caveat emptor!
Cascade worked with TRI to help resolve an alignment and vibration issue during May 2017. The client/owner approved the work performed as a suitable solution. Since that time, many promises have been made to pay the outstanding invoice. We are still waiting and we continue to receive promises.
