Unprofessional business practices – August 9, 2011. The manager (who claims to be the new owner and isn't) called an employee who works on transmissions to set up an appointment for my vehicle to be seen the next day. I arrived for the appointment and was informed that the employee had gone home sick and the manager was not in and that he himself was not aware of any appointment and to call the following day.
