I had such a great experience renting from them. My parents and I were skiing for the first time so we didn’t know what to bring/wear and this made our experience so much easier and pleasant. The process of ordering was so easy and the drop off all the garments went smooth, we even got a fitting to ensure we had the best size of everything. We didn’t need to buy anything else for our experience. Returning was easy. They’re such a GREAT OPTION!
This is an amazing service for anyone that doesn’t have winter gear. My husband and I live in Southern California, so we don’t really know what winter means. When I inquired online about this rental service, the owner reached out to me by text very quickly after. She was super friendly and accommodating and answered all my questions. We flew in from San Francisco for Winter Carnival and obviously didn’t have the right clothes for Quebec in February. Tuque & bicycle expériences was the perfect solution. Émilie was wonderful to work with. When Air Canada changed our arrival location from YUL to YQB, she accommodated us without any hassle. We met her at the office and were able to try on different sizes to get the right fit—pants, jackets, hats, gloves, goggles, the works. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés tant pour les vêtements que pour nos premiers pas au Canada. Les essayages étaient rapides, les vêtements super adaptés et nous ont vraiment permis de profiter de nos vacances sans avoir froid. Je recommande !
